Personally, I think ANYONE who harms a child deserves to spend the rest of their life behind bars.

There should be no bill that calls out special interests, nor special types of personalities, nor special types of fetishes. A criminal is a criminal, and a criminal who harms children doesn't deserve to live in human society.
