Nice article. In considering ABB, I had the same idea about ABB as the author: "It now looks like the company that rival General Electric can only wish it could be." ABB isn't doing so great now with earnings and backlogs. However it is positioned to do okay as governments build out and/or upgrade their infrastructures. I've bought a few shares today with intent of holding 18-24 months to see what happens.
