Well, now, it certainly seems that President Obama should have figured out where all the 250+ would go, before he made a firm promise to close the place. What is he going to do? Spend Billions more and build yet another strong holding place like Gitmo, but here in the States someplace? Charles Krauthammer guessed that he might have to build a prison on an island, maybe the abandoned leper colony in Hawaii. Obama is very big on symbolism, and is always after being crowned before the race is run. When the Euros applauded him so loudly for announcing the closure of Gitmo, maybe he really thought they would help him out. If so, now he knows better. I tell you, all this high-flying ambition is about to take a massive crunch into the unyielding earth of reality.
