Normally after May 15, Wall street drifts for the rest of the year preparing for January effect.

Now that we are restoring lost wealth and the government has stocks to supply the short interest of market makers, we should move ahead and do the restoration of wealth.

The government is moving towards communism. Redefined as the government will provide jobs and sell merchandise to get back the salary it pays out.

Capitalism has it in a small way in the old days, it is called factory town. The factory provide jobs, then charges rent for dormitory, and sell merchandise in their factory store to get money paid out back in its treasury.

So, Wall street has no reason to fear the new economy. Plenty of cash changes hand.
