You idiot. There is no high ground in NOLA. The highest ground is the freeway system which had major stretches underwater.

Even the high ground is low ground.

Have you ever even BEEN THERE? Have you ever driven around the city in a car? Or through the city?

Have you ever taken I10 to Baton Rouge? The Interstate is elevated over desolate swampland almost the entire distance.

You should argue about something you know a little bit about. If there is anything -- I certainly haven't seen it yet.
