Monopoly is ending. But that isn't the point. See my immediately prior post. Brazil is now hiding behind a rock, hoping the int'l currency speculators won't notice them. But knowing they will. Not a favorable situation in an historically weak weak equity market.

TBR is simply the most visiable and overwhelming most liquid way of voting on Brazil.
