CNBC guy says market timers usually underperform. I went to pictures of dead presidents early last week and sure did not underperform today.
Back in Oct 29, the market blew out, but on Jan 1, 1930 NY Times said "business is great and everything is fine." Was that the "Suckers Rally."?
