"the sort of stuff unemployed people have to pay" If one is un-employed ( lost job, not self-employed ), shouldn't that automatically exempt from paying at least sale tax, those daily obligation tax. What happen to those rich californians, don't they have mercy besides on Sunday, in the church, facing the priest/lord.
