Wonder if Hawaii has a Shinto Day, a Buddhist Day, a Samoan day, a Haeole Day, a Mormon Day, a Catholic Day, a Presbyterian Day, a Christian Day, a Holocaust Day, ------sure you get the picture.

I don't recall Hawaii having specific days to recognize a particular religion.

This seems rather like pandering but for what reason?

Maybe its to honor Obama's Muslim Ancestry?
