Stress test totally ignores toxic sludge of Tier 3. It would be like looking at a guy that makes $100K/year with $50K in expenses and not looking at the fact that he owes $5 million to a loan shark. This is a total fraud by Uncle Sam and it will be seen as such in the coming months. It may be what finally puts gold into orbit. Cramer going off on how he would buy any bank offering on the planet. Man this is just plain sick... What about the bad loans? What happenend to them? Just like Japan only much worse Short at will...
