There is hardly a view worth holding that isn't "extreme" to someone. Powell himself said it best. Real leadership means sometimes pissing people off.

I trust he knows the difference between that and what shock jocks like Rush and Coulter do. Yet I wonder if he thinks he's only pissing off Rush and his "dittoheads," because his statement that Americans want more government is going to piss off those who fear government is already doing too much.
