Max, I'm hearing that more and more about the great rally from 32 to 37. Seems everyone is following that scenario. I don't see it as reality, as back in the 30's there wasn't as many people in trouble as now. My uncle tells me people are just walking from his rental units. his high class buildings renters are all asking for %50 cut in there rents. It all seems to be pretty ugly out there and will probably get a lot worse before it gets any better.

And yet the banks keep getting money. Insanity, doing it over and over with the same results.
