Just dropped by to say hello! Thought you might like to see a post today by the SEC. At first I thought it was OVIS/RMIL I was reading about. Different name, same scenario! COMMISSION ANNOUNCEMENTS SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN THE SECURITIES OF GREAT NORTHERN FINANCE CORPORATION The Commission announced the ten-day suspension of trading in the securities of Great Northern Finance Corporation (GNFL) for the period beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST on October 27, 1997 and concluding at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 7, 1997. The Commission suspended trading in the securities of GNFL in view of questions that have been raised about the adequacy and accuracy of publicly-disseminated information concerning, among other things: arrangements, understandings or agreements to artificially control the market for GNFL's securities; the ownership of GNFL's securities; the status of a proposed acquisition of Lazer-Tek Designs, Inc. by GNFL; the business prospects of Lazer-Tek; and the business prospects of GNFL.
