When the global economies begin to recover, oil is going to rally like crazy and never turn back. It really has no other choice, because were it not for reduced demand (which is temporary), we would be at or near the limits on how fast oil can be pumped out of the ground. We actually exceeded that limit last year for a while, and that is the major reason oil was so out of control until last summer. This was famously predicted by T. Boone Pickens a year earlier, and he was completely correct. We will get to that point again. Problem is, there is no real solution.

If you ask me, that will end up being the major story of the 21st century.
