Well when considering service industries I'm typically looking at retail sales, car sales, financial services in particular where going in got heloc means they want to sell you a pile of other services, funds, and 'assist; you on consolidating your accounts from other institutions.. In GM how would all the plethora of office workers be graded ? Manufacturing ? TBS PD: Your driller example was excellent though.
