Anyone else think it's suspicious that the banks most in trouble rally hard into the bad news and then they immediately announce offerings? If things are REALLY fine, or even just done deteriorating, why wouldn't they wait a little while until the price has finished rising? Why are they leaving what appears to be incredible amounts of money on the table?

The banks are announcing dilutive offerings at the prices of a few days ago. That should make people very suspicious.

This is so obviously rigged.
