Well, these are the same people that said that Spansion had plenty of money and it was impossible to go bankrupt, even a few weeks before the bankruptcy. And the same people that said that they wouldn't be delisted, even as they deliberitly planned to delist by not paying the Nasdaq fee.... so you want to believe what they say now? I don't know what they're up to now, but I would not trust anything they say. Spansion has a long history of being dishonest with it's investors
