That doesn't show anything except a drop to a low during Obama and a bounce. Hopefully the bounce will continue. It doesn't show love. It shows interest in crushed stocks. It also may demonstrate how Obama and Congress scared the market to pass the incredible legislation nobody could read, then stopped the fear mongering.

It seems The federal Revserve did the most to get interest back in the market buy buying the Treasury bonds that nobody wanted. They have done that twice now.
