Michael, Meanwhile as you said no one went to court so as the lawyers say its moot. The fact that the property owners are too intimidated to come out to court to press their claims does not make anything moot. If John Gotti was your neighbor, and he took your grill without asking, you would have second thoughts about going to court... Joe
