The trust is an unsecured creditor and by law has lower priority claims on the company's assets than secured creditors, although under the reorganization plan it will receive more than what has been offered to secured creditors.

It's right there in front of you...if this was an uncontrolled bankruptcy this hedge fund would get even less.

You also made the claim that the deal is thievery, whereby funds are being distributed to political supporters...care to back up that accusation with some facts?
