Ramtron dumps Fujitsu as foundry Mark LaPedus EE Times (05/07/2009 4:35 PM EDT) SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Amid a loss, Ramtron International Corp. is dumping one of its foundry partners--Japan's Fujitsu Ltd.
