I am sure we all recieved this email from Mr. Morris but I have never recieved one from any other company before.

Today, May 8, 2009, Labwire filed its first Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This is a required filing for public companies such as Labwire.
Labwire is a new public company, and we had a steep learning curve with respect to this filing. However, we plan to apply this experience in the future as we forge ahead with our ambitious business plans.
