I think he under estimates the American people as in having no money.Sure lots have none and those are the same people who got morgages that should have not got one,that helped this credit bubble too burst.Most all people have Debt thats the way it is as you can't own a home without going into debt in your younger years unless you got rich parents.

Commodities he also says are the place too be for awhile,Sure they are as they were thrown out too the dogs but you can't have a commodities bull run with nothing else that can't happen either.You need sustained growth in most sectors too have a bull run in commodities.

Party on its not over yet and yes there will be a correction but that is also normal.
