Your not going to see any wind turbine exceeding the speed of sound at the wing tips because drag goes up dramatically. In fact some turbines actually slow down as wind speeds increase and the turbine still generates much more power! (The hint to the way it does this is in the generator design)

None of them get anywhere near the speed of sound and never will. Simple aerodynamics and physics.
