1. Don't forget the Japanese. We lectured them ad nauseum for the same siht we do now. BB basically says we just do it more aggressively than they did, so we're OK.

2. Notice how we are the ones getting lectured these days, not only from the Chinese but from the Russians et al.

3. Not quite along the same lines, but we are pontificating on corporate taxes while many of our major employers move offshore.

The rest of the world is moving on without us.
