China's stimulus is stimulating American businesses like Caterpillar and anybody associated with construction-oriented exports. By simply increasing its demand for steel, for example, steelmakers everywhere benefit even if they're not direct suppliers. It sucks up slack in the system. Here, the ability of China's government to spend fast really counts.
