Hi Techie,
forgive my ignorance, but could you please define phase one and round 1. As far as I understood it there were no real orders, just tests. It does not really metter how many companies are licensing cap or dmt. What would metter is how many cap modems would be produced. US is less than 1/3 of the global market and it is undecided while the rest of the world consider adsl = dmt. So what do we have here cap can possibly win over 1/3 of the market and more likely less than that and dmt will win over 2/3 of the market and likely more than that. I am sorry but I do not see cap as a winner yet even if it would win US market and it is a big IF.
