If the Bush administration called it legal, how are they in prison?

I know this is complicated for you. But if the Bush Administration had called any of these things legal, these people wouldn't be in prison, now would they?

You're pretty f*cking stupid, you know it?

You unethical MF...you know exactly what they did...they had secret memos that allowed these "enhanced" techniques and watched, in fact condemned, average joes for doing exactly what they sought legally...how much more do you need to know about your heroes? Bush and company made examples of the common soldiers who were doing what they were told by people who were directed by these memos. Why the "liberal" press is not crucifying bush for this particular injustice, now that we know that what these soldiers were doing is described clearly in these memos, is beyond me...and these folks continue to rot in jail...this guy is in jail for "maltreatment of detainees"...and you have spoken of these detainees in the most contemptible terms...you POS...

Specialist Charles Graner was found guilty on January 14, 2005 of conspiracy to maltreat detainees, failing to protect detainees from abuse, cruelty, and maltreatment, as well as charges of assault, indecency, adultery, and obstruction of justice. On January 15, 2005, he was sentenced to ten years in federal prison.[48]
