It IS NOT the Government's job to tell private companies what to do. Quite. The Fed seems to be overrunning the US Constitution LB just posted a very interesting interview with George Selgin at the Richmond Fed. The failures originate with vectoring forces; stupid government and their anointed supplier of "money". What Obama and his henchmen are doing is frightening. The boobs on "our" side, the Ron Paul contingent excepted, are arguably simply less dangerous.
