waaaahooo! ok, so if people can't get credit and they can't go out and buy things, then people that own buildings and land cant rent it to stores and places like car dealerships so the people that can't get renters end up defaulting on their loans?

hold on here a second bub! are you telling me that commercial property carries risk? are you saying that i can't get my 6 percent cap rate on 4 million borrowed risk free? are you saying that a 6 percent cap rate didn't adequately compensate me for my risk?
