It's not an particularly exciting CC, but the last question was asked by Financial Times reporter regarding remediations and whether this was something being seen sector wide. The answer was pretty clear that they are going to pursue their legal options with regard to commuting, or adjusting, those insurance contracts that were based upon mis-representative statements and originations. That is, unless Obama comes in with a "Czar" who forces the insurers to take their losses like they did with Chrysler.. ;0) Hawk
