The point is that if you read the prospectus, the one doing it: its in there. There is nothing illegal with voluntarily 'loaning', or in this case 'borrowing without asking', as long as you notify that person, "I may borrow from you without asking, at times, and collect fees, that I will keep, giving you nothing, for my good fortune"...get it now.

It's legal if you notify in advance of your fradulent intent. Laws however can be passed to strengthen the language and notification parameters. We need laws to protect ourselves from ourselves. We need legislators who cannot be bought, bribed, and subdued.

All the investment public needs is a few, like this thread who lets people know what is happening. The light will chase out the darkness ! Keep it up..!!! You are a good person.
