Cool, nice thought. And the grumpy yahoo shareholder wants out... but there´s another thing. The government-sponsored zero-interest rate QE policy makes loans available to those who need it most: MSFT, CSCO... with their triple A rating they are clearly more viable than a house in encinitas...
