Some of us think this was long overdue.

Then (Major General) McKiernan pressed murder charges against an SF Captain and Master Sergeant for taking out one of the 10 most wanted in Afghanistan while on a combat patrol.

I happened to be at the meeting at Ft Bragg when it was announced the charges were dropped. But that was only after a very long ordeal for the men and their families. Both men left the army shortly after.
