CEF net asset value was 10.23 per share on May 4th. Today..it has increased to 10.66...a 4.2% increase. CEF is trading 10 cents per share lower than where it was trading on May 4th...the premium has fallen from 14% to 8.5% using spot prices. This has usually represented a buying opportunity in the past...
