Liberals to a much larger degree than conservatives, try to eat wholesome foods, and usually do not smoke and they usually exercise.

I know the above may seem a trite statement, but it is both backed up by statistics and is an indication of a thought process and understanding of reality.

My whole extended family (all liberals) and most of my liberal friends watch what they eat, their weight, exercise and none of them smoke.

It is a matter of understanding.
