It's directly out of Atlas Shrugged. You penalize the wealth builders and the wealthy and they just leave. Look at the exodus going on in CA. They are trying to do to the nation what Great Britain has done to itself.

I hope the Treasury auctions keep failing and China keeps refusing to buy our debt. It's the only thing that could potentially stop these fools.
