How do we feel about this government/Chrysler deal? I think it will destroy the ability for marginal companies to borrow money. What secured creditor is going to borrow money knowing the government can step in and screw you or destroy you? And where does the government get off giving secured bond holders .30 cents on the dollar while giving the UAW an unsecured holder .50 on the dollar. It's criminal and it's throwing contract law totally out the window.
