I just watched an interview with the attorney who is quoted in the article you mentioned. I agree with you that the approach the Obama administration has taken against anyone who doesn't agree with their plans has been outrageous. Very scary, and extremely intimidating that the White House has been putting so much pressure on anyone who doesn't agree with their policies. The "tea party" incident with Rick Santelli on CNBC seemed to be another case of someone being intimidated by the White House. I couldn't believe that the White House press secretary mentioned Rick Santelli by name, as well as mentioning where he lives. From what I heard, some might feel that there was an implied threat in the response from the White House. youtube.com Rick Santelli's orignial rant: youtube.com What has happened to freedom of speech and the right to disagree with the policies coming from the White House? The White House press corp threatening to destroy someone's reputation due to a difference of opinion is IMO unacceptable.
