We know that now. We knew that before we invaded. We had the best intelligence available: inspectors on the ground. The IAEA "found no evidence or plausible indication of the revival of a nuclear weapons programme in Iraq" Bush invaded anyway. His case for war was collapsing around him. Instead of rethinking his position, he went full speed ahead before his rationale could crumble any further... SD
