In other words, there are no Intel documents or contracts which support the EU case

yes, we know al capone was a wonderful, kind person but the government put him in prison based a technicality in the tax law.

The EU case is built on emails and testimony

i thought the ceo's email was "accidently" deleted but they still were able to find emails, do you think any of the tapes were recovered?
of course if it's not in the contract what ever is said in an email can never be evidence.
and i'm assuming the testimony is coerced by eu because obviously intel has no ability to coerce anyone by playing with their cpu allocation.
poor, poor intel and their shareholders; such a shame for eu for picking on the poor little company.
