I have been following this quite closely and the pilot and copilot brought this plane down with a series of errors on their part. Also totally ignoring protocol below 10,000 feet in the total concentration zone where they were chattering along like school children rather then flying the plane. Finally when the stall alarm went off the pilot for some reason known only to a dead man pulled back on the stick rather then pushing forward and giving it more throttle which is the proper protocol, totally stalled the plane plunging it into the the ground.

From what I can see these two pilots should have been hobbyists operating under VFR only.
