That isn't true. There are plenty of facts as detailed in the press release. Now you might take the stance that we should wait until they release the full report, but claiming that what has been released is not factual is in error.

Their primary claim is that what they did was legal. I don't remember them claiming they weren't trying to exclude AMD products.
