I have a hard time trusting an overly authoritarian European regulator who:

a) Thinks having 80% market share is inherently illegal.
b) Accepts AMD's arguments verbatim, including that stupid one million free chip giveaway (what, that's not considered "dumping"?)
c) Clearly thinks she is the "law" and has the hubris to back it up.

It's no wonder the EU is a real unfriendly place to do business. Except for AMD, of course.
