It is a part time job...not a full time job Sooooo, you are fine putting your kids on a plane with a pilot doing it as a second job? That makes even less sense. What is wrong with paying them a fair wage so that they at least can live in an apartment close to work? If she flew all the way across the country and flew despite that she was sick and flew even though she had failed her flight test and flew even though she didn't know how to de-ice the plane - then she was darn hard up for work and was likely doing part time work as that was all that was offered her. Man if you really want someone like that flying people through snow storms then I want a chance to interview every pilot before boarding!
