Apparently in the EU's eyes, giving volume discounts is always going to be illegal for a company with 80% market share. The "equally-efficient competitor" argument can never apply because you can never have two companies having 80% share at the same time.

Because they don't want Intel to become the next Microsoft. I don't know how many times I've mentioned that on this thread.
