The "equally-efficient competitor" argument can never apply because you can never have two companies having 80% share at the same time. facepalm > Why do you think that the EC would unfairly favor AMD? Because they don't want Intel to become the next Microsoft. I don't know how many times I've mentioned that on this thread. Uhh, that's an example of "disfavor Intel", not "favor AMD." Heaven forbid the EC antitrust division wanting to prevent Intel from becoming another abusive monopoly... LOL. fpg
