Place an order, schedule manufacturing. Have the processors delivered when needed, etc. You really don't know how business is conducted? Either you don't understand what the decision was or, well, I am not sure. So I will stick with not understanding. Perhaps you should read it before you comment. Having you argue against phantoms isn't all that productive. "See what I did there?" Yes. Totally mis-represented the situation.
