FYI re GraphOn IP - Latest is that as of May 13, two of the defendants in GraphOn's patent suit against Yahoo, eHarmony, and others have settled with GraphOn. The two defendants are Classified Ventures, LLC, and CareerBuilder, LLC. These are two of the smallest defendants in the case. They likely settled to avoid litigation costs, and GraphOn likely agreed because they were small and offered not so much in terms of potential damages. This is not likely to be an indication that GraphOn settled to get out of the litigation. If that were the case, they would have settled with the big guys, not the minnows. Getting interesting. This could turn into a very big IP play with strategic, deep-pockets players bidding to acquire the company for its IP.
