JCB, I think I'm more bothered by the political angle of this EU decision than by the merits of the antitrust case.

AMD has always made a lot of PR over competing on merit, yet it is clear to me that they are playing a political game. They made gains with Opteron all on its own merit, but now they're trying to make gains by suing.

And they have a sympathetic ear in one authoritarian biotch ...
